How we started

With millions of rosé wines in the US to choose from we were tired of trying glass upon glass and bottle upon bottle to only be disappointed in the offerings on wine menus across our nation. We set off to search far and wide from many different regions… and met with over 100 winemakers to find you the BEST rosé that would appeal to every palette and deliver the most gorgeous pale copper color. Our French rosé can be enjoyed every day… and truly brings us back to St. Tropez.

Our winemaker, Thomas, worked alongside his father, Bruno, since the time he was a young child doing everything and anything from the harvest time cellar work to mechanical repairs and pruning. When Thomas was 15, he went to the agricultural school in Hyères, where he began his studies and internships in the viticultural college in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region. Shortly after, he was accepted to the prestigious Changins School in Switzerland, were he studied viticulture and oenology. After graduating with high honors Thomas went directly to Western Australia, where he found a job during harvest time at Frankland Estate, working in the cellar as assistant winemaker. This all prepared Thomas for winemaking back at his family’s Domaine.

The Wine

Channé Rosé is comprised of a special blend of grapes: Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre. This special selection is also a blend of 3 different soils of Côtes de Provence. Elegant, crisp, very smooth and round with hints of apricot and cherry, Channé Rosé is truly high quality and enjoyable with many different cuisines from seafood (expected) to red meat (unexpected). You can also enjoy this blend throughout the year… no need to wait until summer. Give us a try and see for yourself!
